Introduction

The motor of the CNC engraving machine is usually a high-speed motor (electric spindle), and the speed is basically more than 20000 rpm. Most of the equipment uses multi-speed control speed,and some use analog quantities.

THE PARAMETERS OF THE ELECTRIC SPINDLE ARE AS FOLLOWS:

  • Rated power 6KW Rated current 13.5A
  • Rated voltage 380V Rated frequency 800Hz
  • Rated speed 24000 rpm

ON-SITE REQUIREMENTS:

  • external terminals control start and stop, three-stage speed control: low speed 400Hz, medium speed 600Hz, high speed 700Hz. The frequency converter adopts 7.5KW.
  • Frequency output range of general-purpose inverter: 0~500Hz; frequency output range of high-frequency inverter: 0~3200Hz; .
